At Jodha Ethnic, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

We may request unboxing or product images for verification.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color variations due to photography

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Customized or stitched products


3. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved and product is received, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Fake or unverified COD orders may be cancelled.

Wholesale Terms (If Applicable)

If you sell bulk or wholesale:

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • Wholesale orders must meet minimum quantity requirements.

2. Pricing

  • Wholesale prices are different from retail prices.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

3. Payment

  • 100% advance payment is required for wholesale orders unless agreed otherwise.

4. Returns

  • No returns or exchanges for wholesale/bulk purchases unless goods are damaged.
